Welcome. I’m Mike Allahyari, a retired attorney with 35+ years of experience helping accident victims and families who have lost loved ones. To continue this work, I started an organization called Nonprofit Wrongful Death Advocate, which provides free guidance and answers to help you navigate the challenging process of a wrongful death claim.
During my lengthy career, I founded my own law firm in 1993 and successfully handled numerous multi-million dollar cases for my clients. In the early 2000s, I expanded my commitment to consumer education by writing the script and producing the national Better Business Bureau (BBB) video series titled “Crash Course: What to Know Before and After a Collision.” This educational programming was featured nationwide by the BBB in association with the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.
